- Carrying out order, sales and export processes,
- Keeping the Site secure and resolving technical issues,
- Complying with legal obligations and requests from competent authorities.
4. Legal grounds and collection method
Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form, email, phone, WhatsApp and the Site’s server. It is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, is necessary for the Company to fulfil its legal obligations, and is necessary for the Company’s legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
5. Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred, only for the purposes above, to shipping and logistics companies, our hosting providers and legally authorised public authorities. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are transmitted through the WhatsApp service provider’s infrastructure.
6. Retention
Your personal data is kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and by applicable legislation, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
- To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- To know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and deletion or destruction under Article 7 of the KVKK, and to request that these actions be notified to third parties,
- To object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
